Luxury Cruise Consultant

Job Description :

As a Cruise Travel Consultant at Wota Lifestyle, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive cruise travel advisory and bespoke services to high-end clients. You will develop in-depth knowledge of leading cruise lines, itineraries, and cabin categories, enabling you to tailor itineraries that perfectly match members' needs. This includes managing reservations, arranging special requests, and providing post-sales support. You will also have opportunities to participate in cruise familiarization trips and destination inspections to further enhance your expertise and market awareness, ensuring every client receives a service experience that is both professional and personal.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the travel industry or cruise sales preferred
• Knowledge of cruise brands, itineraries, and cabin category planning
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service mindset
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (Japanese or other languages a plus)
• Comfortable with computer operations and reservation systems; experience with CRM or GDS is an advantage
• Strong interest in the luxury travel market, with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools (including AI)
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
