We're looking for a proactive and collaborative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Taiwan (Headquarter HK). You'll work closely with our Digital Innovation Lead, Project Managers, and Developers to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across multiple platforms.


•Own the end-to-end UX design process – from concept to implementation – ensuring deliverables meet both user needs and business objectives.


•Lead and support design efforts across:

a.Company website (gumhk)

b.GUM: Wellness Solution Mobile App

c.In-house ERP systems

d.Insurance billing software


•Collaborate actively with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements, solve problems, and ensure alignment across departments.


•Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve product experiences.


•Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma to communicate ideas clearly with cross-functional teams.


•Participate in daily/weekly design reviews to ensure alignment and progress across teams.


•Support cross-departmental coordination, helping PMs and developers resolve design-related issues and accelerate delivery.


•Contribute to visual and marketing assets, including short videos, GIFs, and branding materials, in collaboration with the marketing team.


•Adapt and learn new tools, methodologies, and mindsets to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.


•Take initiative beyond design tasks, stepping up to support testing, coordination, and problem-solving when needed.
