As a QE FAB engineer. For PCM function, it is essential to comprehend the conversion business flow. Utilizing management, there are corresponding risk management strategies for different changes, ensuring that all changes comply with regulations and are well-monitored. Additionally, the change management system is a crucial component. Employing a good system to manage each change can make the change more effective and efficient in its conversion. For QMS function, FMEA managemnent  and leading production deviation cases using the 8D method to settle root causes.  Accountable to plan and coordinate internal and external audit schedules, perform customer audits, and communicate results and feedback effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or above
