DV Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Oversee and manage a team of verification engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

•⁠ ⁠Verification Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive verification plans that encompass functional, performance, and power aspects of ASIC designs.

•⁠ ⁠Testbench Development:
Utilize advanced verification methodologies (e.g., UVM) to create robust and efficient testbenches.

•⁠ ⁠Simulation and Debugging:
Execute simulations, analyze results, and debug design issues using industry-standard tools.

•⁠ ⁠Collaboration:
Collaborate with RTL designers, architects, and other cross-functional teams to understand design specifications, address verification challenges, and ensure successful product delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Verification Strategy:
Develop and refine verification methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and coverage.

•⁠ ⁠Technical Expertise:
Stay current with the latest ASIC verification methodologies and tools.

•⁠ ⁠Silicon Strategy:
Contribute to the overall silicon strategy, including IP identification, selection, and licensing.

•⁠ ⁠Performance Management:
Plan work assignments, manage performance reviews, and ensure team members are developing their skills and abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve verification issues, ensuring designs meet specifications and meet quality standards.
