About the Company
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at L'Occitane Taiwan.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in IT operations or project management, preferably within retail or multi-site environments.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily IT operations and infrastructure
- Managing incident resolution
- Coordinating with regional IT teams for global IT projects
- Leading a local IT team to deliver high-quality support
- Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards
- Supporting audits
- Acting as a liaison between Taiwan operations and regional/global IT counterparts
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with ITIL or PMP certifications
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail or multi-site environments is preferred.
