2. Evangelize a coherent, end-to-end manufacturing strategy spanning from sheet metal, PCBA to plug-n-play, ready to deploy rack level total solution to prospect customers and play a critical role in achieving the company's aggressive revenue goal
3. Ambitious, entrepreneurial approach to drive a coordinated strategy to grow the PCBA manufacturing business
4. Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage with business executives at target technology partners and customers
5. Serve as the primary interface with the customers on all matters involving CM/ODM/OEM manufacturing program management and contract execution
6. Able to work directly with customer's production engineering group to improve designs and enhance processes
7. Exceptional communication and analytical skills

2. Understanding of manufacturing process and quality improvement system and program.
3. Experience in managing PCBA manufacturing projects involving Tier 1 global customers and partners
4. Ability to develop, implement and execute strategy.  Accountability for achieving business goals. Comfortable to communicate with all levels of organization.
5. Prior work experience in the manufacturing industry in business unit director or manager or similar roles with career progress.
6. Proven track record of accomplishments. Result-driven and goal oriented individual comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to deal with ambiguity, inquisitive and excellent problem-solving skills      
8. BS degree in electrical engineering or another related technical field preferred
9. Minimum of 15 years' experience in fields such as server total solution, PCBA manufacturing operation and technology partnership.
10. Excellent communication and presentation skill
11. Willingness to travel.
