*Job Responsibility*

  • Manage SAP system specifications and promote global HR related system implementation to accelerate HR digital transformation. This role will collaborate with different regions around the globe on HR technology projects.
  • Engage in data analysis to uncover trends and areas for improvement, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Implement to accelerate the HR digital transformation/automated process.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree with major in HR ,Information Technology.
  • More than two years of work experience in systems analysis and implementation. Experience with global HR system implementation projects would be a plus.
  • Familiar with data visualization tool.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices would be a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative and positive .Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to initiate and plan projects independently, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Good English communication skill.
