通路業務經理主要負責推動 Cooler Master 在台灣市場的通路業務發展,確保公司產品在電腦硬體與 DIY 市場中維持領先的市佔率與品牌能見度。

此職位為個人貢獻者角色,需具備獨立開發與管理代理商、經銷商及零售通路的能力,能根據市場動態執行銷售策略、規劃促銷活動,並與內部行銷與供應團隊緊密協作,達成營收目標。

主要工作內容

1. 通路開發與客戶管理


• 維護並強化與主要代理商、經銷商及區域經銷夥伴的合作關係。


• 定期追蹤客戶銷售目標、庫存與進貨狀況,確保達成業績目標。


• 維護與大型連鎖 3C 通路(如燦坤、順發)及電腦零組件商場(如光華商場、NOVA)的合作。


• 開發系統整合商(System Integrator)與組裝電腦業者,推動機殼、散熱器及電源等產品列入組裝清單。

2. 銷售執行與促銷管理


• 依據市場需求與公司策略進行銷售預測與訂單管理。


• 規劃並執行通路促銷活動(如買贈、現金回饋、限時折扣等),提升通路動能。


• 協助執行季度或年度進貨獎勵(Rebate)及新品導入(NPI)計畫。


• 與行銷部門合作,確保促銷與品牌活動落地並達成成效。

3. 市場與產品展示管理


• 爭取產品在店面的最佳展示位置,確保品牌形象一致且具吸引力。


• 提供通路所需的宣傳物料(POP、型錄、展示架等),提升消費者接觸度。


• 定期進行市場訪查,蒐集競品價格、促銷及市場活動資訊,回饋公司作為決策依據。


• 監控零售通路價格,防止惡性削價影響品牌價值與通路獲利。

4. 銷售分析與策略規劃


• 分析通路與產品線銷售表現,找出成長機會及潛在風險。


• 依據市場回饋與銷售數據,提出通路開發與產品推廣策略建議。


• 協助處理帳款、退換貨與客訴,維持良好客戶關係與信任度。

任職資格


• 專科以上學歷,主修商學、行銷、管理、電子或電機相關科系尤佳。


• 3 至 5 年以上國內業務或通路開發經驗(具電腦硬體或 3C 通路經驗者尤佳)。


• 具備與代理商、連鎖通路及系統整合商合作經驗。


• 熟悉台灣電腦零售與代理通路生態。


• 具普通小型車駕照並自備交通工具。


• 中文表達能力優秀,具良好簡報與談判能力。


• 英文中等(可閱讀產品資料、進行基本書信往來);精通者佳。


• 具備基本台語溝通能力者佳。


• 熟悉 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint),具數據分析與報表撰寫能力。


• 積極主動、抗壓性高、結果導向、執行力強,能適應外勤與出差工作。
