Job Description Summary:
Our team at Micron is filled with hardworking individuals who strive for excellence. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Principal PH Track and material engineer to join our world-class engineering team in Taiwan. This outstanding opportunity will allow you to compete globally and contribute to our mission of transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of advanced PH track engineering and material solutions.
Lead and make strategic decision for next technology LITHO material.
Co-work TD to drive adoption of cost effective and high-performance solutions for next generation LITHO patterning.
Interact with material vendors to gain understanding of their technical capability and effectively translate our needs into product quality and specification.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to successfully implement brand new technologies and align direction of material development.
Resolve technical requirements and ensure flawless execution of projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve our engineering processes, included cost and quality improvement projects in new materials for mature process.
Serve as a technical authority within Micron, guiding project directions.
Solve highly complex problems and contribute to strategic decisions.
Lead significant projects to support technical innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in semiconductor engineering.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical approach.
Ability to technically adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team with multidimensional strengths' environment.
Expertise in giving technical knowledge to advance innovative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and understand expectations.
Experience providing advice and counsel to senior management on significant technical issues.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant engineering role.
Demonstrated track record of leading successful engineering projects.
Experience working in a global, fast-paced, and highly competitive environment.
Extensive knowledge of multiple sub-functions within engineering.
Experience with Optical simulation is an advantage
Experience with material development is an advantage
