About this Role:

In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to drive frontend development for our game platform and internal tools. Your primary focus is ensuring a seamless browsing experience for both users and internal teams, all while aiding the business department in achieving growth targets. We're seeking someone with exceptional frontend development skills and the knack for proposing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Frontend Feature Design and Supervision:

• Ensure the smooth coding and design of frontend features, with a keen eye on optimizing performance and security.
• Provide supervision and coordinate team members to ensure development progress aligns with expectations.

• Develop and maintain AinekoX's frontend, encompassing user, payment, and social network-related features.
• Guarantee the platform operates seamlessly, delivering an optimal user experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools to enhance the efficiency of both employees and content providers.
• Manage multi-stage internal tools to ensure coordination across the entire internal workflow.

Requirements

▍Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in web frontend development/frontend engineering, with proficiency in or other modern web development frameworks.
• In-depth skills in CSS and HTML, capable of constructing complex layouts.
• Server-side programming ability with , enabling the diagnosis and prevention of performance and optimization issues.
• Design experience with both monolithic and micro frontend architectures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and cross-team collaboration skills.

▍Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language (TypeScript, Go, JavaScript, Kotlin, Python).
• Familiarity with Progressive Web Applications (PWA), Web Payments, Web Authentication API (WebAuthn), Federated Identity, and Access Management (FedCM), and related technologies.
• Practical application experience with WebSocket API (WebSockets), Web API, Local Storage, and similar technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Previous work experience in a startup environment with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced development cycle.

• Can work in Chinese OR Japanese OR English
• Can read and understand technical documents in English
