COP is at the forefront of offshore wind development, leading projects from origination and development through construction and operations in new and established markets around the world. Founded in 2015, our team is comprised of some of the most experienced professionals from the renewable energy and associated sectors, all working together to unlock the full potential of offshore wind to power the world. We are the exclusive offshore wind development partner to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, the world's largest green energy fund.

The Role
We are seeking a delivery-focused
People Manager
to join COP's Taiwan office. Reporting to the Senior People Partner for Taiwan, this role is accountable for the execution of local HR operations and services, ensuring all processes are compliant with Taiwan's labour laws and consistent with COP's global standards.

This role is the local HR delivery engine for Taiwan—owning HR administration, compliance, manager and employee support on the ground. You will work closely with COP's global People & Communications (P&C) team in Denmark to implement and adapt global initiatives, while ensuring smooth and reliable HR service delivery for employees and managers in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver reliable, compliant local HR operations including contracts, payroll, benefits, and policy administration.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees in Taiwan, managing day-to-day HR queries and cases.
  • Administer employee relations processes and provide procedural guidance to managers.
  • Execute local engagement activities, events, and communications to foster a positive team culture.
  • Support the implementation of global HR initiatives locally, adapting them to meet Taiwan requirements.
  • Manage logistics and support for international employees relocating to Taiwan, including onboarding and mobility processes.
  • Ensure documentation, records, and reporting meet both local legal standards and COP's global requirements.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR operations or HR service delivery experience in Taiwan.
  • Proven knowledge of Taiwan labour law, payroll, and employment practices.
  • Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and motivated by ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively.

What Is It Like To Work Here
We are proud of the unique career experiences we offer at COP and have taken great care to build a culture that supports our ambitions. Here's what you can expect from your time with us:

  • You will be at the heart of the action – Work on projects that shape the future of our evolving industry, collaborating with industry leaders and influencing change on a global scale.
  • You will be encouraged to be brave – Move at pace, make bold decisions, and drive the energy transition forward.
  • Be trusted to thrive – Work with autonomy in a diverse, respectful, and empowering environment where contributions are valued and your growth matters.

  • Career Growth & Development – Learn from industry leaders, take ownership of your career path, and be exposed to the full offshore wind project lifecycle.
  • International Exposure – Work across multiple markets, engage with global stakeholders, and build an international network of industry leaders.
  • A Global & Inclusive Culture – Join an international team where diverse perspectives are valued, and collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.
