The Product Specialist provides product management direction and support to the product line in Teleflex in-country market. This position is responsible for ensuring excellent product delivery by working with a team. This role is also responsible for analysing market trends, developing sales and profitability strategies, recommending improvements, identifying opportunities, and increasing revenue.

• In collaboration with manager and team, help with the development of the strategic plan; including participation in the presentation of annual marketing plans that describe the goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics for the given fiscal year.
• Participate in developing the annual marketing and operating plans (AOP) for the Interventional and Vascular business.
• Develop, with Sales Management, tactical product rollout plan for the above region.
• Provide product and sales training and support to customer service, product sales representatives, and dealers within region.
• Administer and coordinate the marketing portion of new products, new applications, and product improvements programs, interfacing with physicians, Teleflex country managers, sales staff, external dealers, and R&D.
• Inventory management with short, expired product as same as rationalize product
• Conduct market surveys, research and evaluation to confirm needs & trends in the market.
• Develop and rollout marketing campaigns, including sales promotions, brochures, advertising and public relations, education, and other types of marketing and sales support programs.
• Stay close to the market through regular and scheduled field visits and physician management by developing key relationships with opinion leaders in the designated country.
• Plan and coordinate KOL events and management in the designated country.
• Participate in and coordinate major congresses in the designated country.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field is a must
• Marketing experience in the Medical device field or health care industry is preferred
• Has knowledge in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environment and needs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to diplomatically interact and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers
• Excellent customer ethics, good attention to detail and ability to complete timely progress reports according to requirements
• Good planning and organizational skills for product management and has a strong analytical and customer focus to drive our business.
