Job Mission

  • Deliver technical support for the production and installation process in a timely manner
  • Prevent production disturbances from repeating
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization

Job Description

  • Solve technical issues according to specifications and quality standards in a timely manner
  • Find optimal solutions for specific issues and optimize processes
  • Advise on direction of solutions and improvements with stakeholders
  • Identify structural issues, initiate and execute projects accordingly
  • Transfer knowledge and train colleagues on existing and newly introduced products

Education

  • Bachelor degree/Master degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics)

Experience

  • 3-5 years in working experience with high-tech products and complex production processes environment
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and diagnosis of high-tech products

Personal skills

  • Show responsibility for the result of work
  • Show proactive attitude and willing to take initiative
  • Attentive to detail and logical reasoning
  • Drive for continuous improvement
  • Able to communicate clearly and advise for solutions
  • Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team within a high tech(proto) environment
