你的工作內容與可能的挑戰有
- 能夠順利理解和分析來自產品經理、產品設計師的需求,並設計和開發產品功能。
- 解決使用者痛點,打造高品質的 Android App。
- 撰寫穩定、可維護、可重用且具備測試的程式碼。
- 積極與團隊成員合作,討論並提出最佳解決方案。
- 持續改善系統效能、穩定性,並且願意撰寫技術文件、傳承知識,提升產品開發體驗。
- 能夠將新的開發技術、創新點子帶進團隊,創造更大的影響力。
- 以 Crash-Free User Rate 99% 以上為目標,持續檢視並優化自己撰寫的程式碼,讓使用者在 Pinkoi App 不只是購物,更是享受。

應徵條件
- 1 年以上 Android 開發經驗,具備獨立開發與維護系統的能力。
- 熟悉 Android / Kotlin 原生開發框架。
- 熟悉 OOP / SOLID 原則。
- 熟悉 Coroutine / Flow 使用。
- 熟悉 MVC / MVVM / Clean Architecture…等任一架構。
- 熟悉 Git 版本控制以及多人協作經驗。
- 具備測試思維及相關經驗(Unit Test / UI Test / E2E Test…)。
- 具備 UI/UX 設計敏感度、注重細節及使用流程,能從使用者角度思考。
加分條件
- 上架過自己的 App / Open Source Project。
- 具備 App 模組化經驗。
- 具備 App 架構設計經驗。
- 開發過多國語系專案。
- 數據追蹤及分析經驗。
- 具備 Android Jetpack (如 Compose、Hilt) 相關 Library 使用經驗尤佳。
年薪範疇:NT$700,000 - NT$1,500,000 a year
