Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design engineering team to develop cutting-edge products and solutions aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Drive innovation in product development by identifying emerging technologies and trends.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and meet project demands.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

     
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in design engineering, with at least 8years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product development projects from concept to production.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align design engineering strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Awareness of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
