What this job involves:

  • Ensure an EHS framework, safety systems and procedures are in place to adequately protect people and the environment
  • Ensure all relevant lead and lag safety statistics are gathered, collated and reported
  • Foster a positive team culture to ensure required EHS standards are met
  • Ensure risk-based approach to all safety aspects of team's work
  • Provide specialist advice on EHS related matters
  • Ensure that the site and all of its personnel are adequately trained in safety matters
  • To ensure that the management of is in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Pest control management
