我們正在尋找一位充滿創意且對數據敏感的社群行銷專員,加入我們的團隊,協助客戶提升品牌曝光與潛在客戶轉化。你將管理多平台社群帳號,產出吸引人的內容,並協助品牌在社群上持續成長。

【主要職責】

  • 協助客戶規劃並執行社群媒體行銷策略,提升自然曝光與潛在客群轉化。
  • 管理與維運多平台社群帳號(如 Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn、TikTok 等),確保內容一致與形象專業。
  • 利用 AI 工具(如 ChatGPT、Midjourney、Canva AI 等)協助產出具吸引力的文案與視覺素材。
  • 追蹤與分析社群數據,提供優化建議以提升內容表現與互動率。
  • 研究社群趨勢、用戶行為與內容話題,確保品牌策略與時俱進。
  • 與設計、行銷與業務團隊合作,確保整體品牌形象一致性。
  • 執行主管交辦之其他社群相關事項。

【任職資格】

  • 至少 1–2 年社群行銷相關經驗
  • 熟悉社群平台操作與內容創作,有實際運營經驗
  • 具備數據分析能力,能根據數據提出優化策略
  • 對新工具與社群趨勢保持好奇心與學習熱忱
  • 具備良好的溝通與團隊協作能力
