POSITION SUMMARY

As a Duty Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the hotel with all Engineering Department–related tasks. This includes providing support for all engineering operations, maintaining the hotel's electrical and mechanical systems, low- and high-voltage systems, plumbing and drainage, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, as well as fire protection systems. Your role is essential in ensuring energy efficiency and providing guests with a safe and comfortable stay, while ensuring all hotel facilities operate in accordance with required standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist supervisors in executing operational procedures for the operation, maintenance, and repair of engineering facilities
  • Support hotel-related engineering works and assist with inspections and acceptance of engineering projects
  • Assist in communication and coordination with contractors
  • Participate in the procurement and inventory management of engineering supplies and equipment
  • Perform daily operation and maintenance of the hotel's electrical and mechanical systems, low- and high-voltage systems, plumbing and drainage, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, and fire protection systems
  • Carry out inspections, repairs, and scheduled preventive maintenance
  • Ensure all engineering systems and equipment comply with government regulations and safety standards, and proactively share relevant regulatory information with the team
  • Maintain energy efficiency of all systems and equipment to achieve energy-saving targets
  • Assist supervisors in preparing engineering-related reports
  • Handle any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as required

作為值班工程師,你將負責協助飯店有關工程部的各項工作,其中包括向所有工程工作提供相關支援,維護飯店機電設備、強弱電及給排水系統、空調冷凍設備、以及消防系統等各項設施之運作,維持能源效率。為客人提供一個安全舒適的住房體驗,並同時確保飯店各項設備符合運作標準。 

你的主要職責為: 

• 協助主管執行各項工程設施之操作、保養及維修作業流程 

• 配合飯店相關工程支援工作,並協助所有工程驗收 

• 協助與承包商的溝通及協調工作 

• 參與工程物品及設備之採購及庫存管理 

• 維護飯店機電設備、強弱電及給排水系統、空調冷凍設備、以及消防系統等各項設施之日常操作 

• 執行檢修維護及相關設備的定期保養工作 

• 確保各項工程系統及設備符合政府規例及安全標準,主動與團隊分享有關條例的訊息 

• 維持各項系統及設備的能源效率,達到節省能源目標 

• 協助主管準備相關工程報告 

• 處理所有其他相關職務或臨時安排的項目

Education and Experience 學歷與經驗

● Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.

教育程度:高中畢業或同等學歷(G.E.D)。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 必備資格

● License or Certification: Driver's License

證照或認證:具備有效駕照PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 優先考量資格

● Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior

surface preparation and painting.

相關工作經驗:具有一般維修、室內外表面準備與油漆工作經驗者佳。

● Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.

具飯店工程或維修經驗者優先。

● Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

主管經驗:無主經驗。
