Head of ACG

We highly welcome a dynamic Head for our Applied Computing Group (ACG) team. This role is a senior management position responsible for overseeing a team of 100+ members across Project Management, Research & Development, and Business Development.

The primary objective is to deliver exceptional Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) services to our diverse customer base across various industries and countries. The role reports to the Business Unit Head of Embedded-IoT (EIoT) and requires international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead three Business Units to develop tailored solutions for ODM customers and achieve revenue targets.
• Direct Research & Development, Business Development, end-to-end Sales, and Marketing Communications to support business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with regional Business Units to expand markets and enhance customer service offerings.
• Foster strong partnerships and engagement with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Develop and implement segment strategies, business development plans, and go-to-market strategies to drive business success.

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant work experience including management experience.
• Experience in project/product management.
• Preferred experience in product planning.
• Familiarity with the industrial computer and IoT industry.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
