Sanhao Rubber
has newly established a
Polyurethane (PU) Casting Department
. This department focuses on developing high-performance PU elastomer components using advanced polyurethane materials. Equipped with Austrian
Polytec casting machines
, we are committed to producing high-quality, high-performance PU products with strong future development potential.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Polyurethane Hot Casting Engineer
.

You will be responsible for planning and executing PU hot casting operations, including:

  • Operating and maintaining
    polyurethane casting machines
  • Mixing and preparing
    PU prepolymer materials
  • Overseeing the
    curing process
    and mold maintenance
  • Conducting
    quality control tests
    and troubleshooting production issues
  • Ensuring compliance with
    safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborating with
    R&D and production teams
    to optimize casting processes
  • Supervising
    SOP implementation
    and supporting
    mass production integration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Chemical Engineering
    ,
    Materials Science
    ,
    Mechanical Engineering
    , or related field
  • Experience with
    hot casting processes
    and
    polyurethane materials
  • Knowledge of
    casting machinery operation and maintenance
  • Familiarity with
    quality control procedures and testing methods
  • Strong
    problem-solving
    and
    troubleshooting
    skills
  • Excellent
    attention to detail
    and
    organizational skills
  • Ability to work
    independently
    and as part of a team
  • Experience in
    process planning
    ,
    project management
    , and
    SOP supervision
    is a plus

Language Requirements

  • Chinese
    : Fluent
  • English
    : Intermediate (able to read technical documentation)
