Support operation admin and reports, data entry and arrange regular meeting

3. 準備會議議程,參與會議並撰寫記錄。
4. 管理郵件與快遞事宜,包括分類、回覆及寄送安排。
5. 進行辦公室物資(文具、耗材等)採購及管理。
6. 安排辦公室設備保養與廠商聯繫。
7. 協助處理零用金管理及其他主管交辦事項。
