Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive the development and execution of critical features for Coupang's core Growth Platform in Taiwan. This is an exciting and strategic role focused on building and optimizing a localized digital ecosystem from the ground up to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will be the deep domain expert for specific product areas, translating growth objectives into detailed requirements and working closely with engineering, design, and partnership teams to deliver measurable user and business value.

You will work in close collaboration with product and business leadership to ensure product delivery directly supports aggressive market growth strategies and go-to-market execution. This role offers the unique opportunity to launch and iterate on a country-specific platform, innovating for the unique needs of Taiwan's fast-moving digital landscape.

What You Will Do:

Product Execution & Delivery
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a core component of the Taiwan Growth Platform, such as user acqusition, partner analytics, or strategic partner integrations.
  • Translate high-level growth objectives into a prioritized, actionable product roadmap and detailed backlog (epics, user stories) for the engineering team.
  • Deep-dive into complex user and partner journeys, defining precise technical and functional requirements for localized features like dynamic content generation, performance tracking, and key attribution tools.
  • Work with Engineering to build modular, high-quality, Taiwan-first capabilities that are scalable for future market needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Alignment
  • Serve as the primary product liaison with the local Partnerships and Business Development teams to understand specific market needs and align product releases with acquisition and retention goals.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and QA to drive sprint execution and ensure timely, high-quality feature launches.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure all platform components adhere to Taiwan-specific regulatory compliance, business registration, and financial requirements.
User Insights & Optimization
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research for your owned features, engaging with key user segments (e.g., large content publishers, developers, digital marketers) to gather specific needs and validate solutions.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize key growth metrics such as user acquisition funnels, conversion rate, and platform engagement.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of launched features, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and iteration.

Essential Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in growth product management, digital advertising, user monetization, or high-performance platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of performance marketing models, conversion tracking methodologies, and digital ecosystem monetization.
  • Proven track record of successfully scoping, launching, and iterating on complex, high-impact features in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take broad strategy, break it down into execution plans, and manage the full product development lifecycle for their domain.
  • Proficiency with performance analytics and digital marketing tools to measure product success (e.g., A/B testing frameworks, attribution software).
  • Strong communication and execution-focused collaboration skills, particularly with engineering and design partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience working on a growth-focused or monetization platform in an APAC market.
  • Product experience related to mobile app ecosystems (e.g., in-app advertising, partner APIs, SDKs).
  • Experience building products for mid-market businesses or high-volume content creators.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin and familiarity with Taiwan's regulatory environment and digital commerce landscape are highly preferred.
