我們正在尋找一位具策略思維的 SEO 與內容策略資深經理,需具備 OTA 或旅遊科技領域經驗。此職位不僅是執行者,更是自然成長引擎的規劃者,結合 技術型 SEO 專業 與 多媒體內容策略(文字、影音、語音),驅動流量、訂單與品牌權威。

主要職責 (Key Responsibilities)
1. SEO 策略與技術
- 制定並執行跨旅遊垂直領域的 SEO 藍圖。
- 進行競爭分析、關鍵字研究與常青/熱門主題規劃。
- 主導技術 SEO 專案(架構、索引、Schema、速度、國際化)。
- 建立並管理反向連結策略。
- 監控與分析成效,提供 ROI 洞察。

2. 多管道內容策略
- 制定跨文字、影音、語音的內容策略,涵蓋旅客旅程各階段。
- 監督內容產出(指南、部落格、短影音、UGC 等),確保品質與 SEO 效益。
- 規劃內容行事曆並推動跨部門/社群合作,提升觸及與流量。

3. 領導與協作
- 擔任 SEO 與內容策略領域專家,影響跨部門專案。
- 管理外部代理商、自由工作者或內容創作者。
- 持續追蹤產業與 SEO 趨勢,確保策略創新。

資格與技能 (Qualifications & Skills)
1. 7+ 年 SEO 與內容策略經驗,具備 OTA/旅遊科技背景。
2. 成功建立並執行完整 SEO 策略的紀錄。
3. 精通技術 SEO、關鍵字研究、連結建設。
4. 有多媒體內容策略與推廣經驗。
5. 熟悉 SEO 工具(Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4 等)。
6. 強大數據分析與溝通能力。

加分條件 (Preferred)
1. 團隊管理經驗。
2. 具 UGC SEO 應用或國際化 SEO 經驗。
3. 會使用 Python 進行 SEO 分析。
