Consultants
to join our team.

As a PeopleSearch Consultant, you will work closely with clients and candidates to solve real business problems through talent. This role is not about filling vacancies—it's about building trust, understanding industries, and creating long-term value.

What you will do

  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, business context, and talent strategy
  • Source, assess, and advise candidates across mid-to-senior level roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with professionalism and ownership
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor
  • Continuously develop market insight, industry knowledge, and consulting skills

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with curiosity about business and people
  • Ability to work with structure, discipline, and accountability
  • Resilience, learning agility, and a growth mindset
  • Recruitment or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
