Responsibilities:

  1. Proficient in Keil/ARM DS/Altium software.

  2. Responsible for technical support of ARM and Altium products, including product function demonstrations and customer visits.

  3. Assist customers with software installation, usage, and other after-sales issues.

  4. Write and organize FAQs and technical documents.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science related fields.

  2. Familiar with Altium Designer/Keil/ARM DS and other related software.

  3. Familiar with ARM architecture electronic product development processes, proficient in C and C++ languages.

  4. At least 3 years of experience in single-chip or microcontroller (MCU) or ARM-related software development and hardware development.

  5. Familiar with STM32, NXP, and other ARM architecture chips.

  6. Strong learning and communication skills, and a team player.

  7. Strong execution ability, proactive work attitude, and willingness to accept short-term business trips.

  8. Fluent in spoken, written, and spoken English.
