Job Description

  • Responsible for the memory IP development, familiar with SW/firmware, debugging, and testing in AI product
  • IP SDK and diagnosis development.
  • Collaborate with IP designers for functional bring-up, validation, and performance optimization.
  • Support customer design-in and mass production.

Requirement

  • MS degree in EE/CE/CSIE/ME/IS/ECE/Auto Control
  • At least 3 years of experience in LPDDR4/DDR4 or above, or HBM.
  • Familiar with High-level proficiency in Python and C. C++
  • Ability to analyze and measure PHY signals.
  • Better with AXI/AHB/APB protocols
  • Self-motivated, good communication, and good teamwork.
  • Fluency in English.
