Position Available: Production Manager

Location: Taiwan (Remote, on-site visits as required)

Reporting to: Headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia

Role Overview:

Rove Concepts is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our production operations. This role will focus on optimizing efficiency, ensuring exceptional product quality, and strengthening supplier relationships across our global network. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in production planning and management, particularly within e-commerce, furniture manufacturing, or luxury retail, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

 What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end production planning and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products.
• Oversee and guide Production Coordinators and other team members to maintain smooth operations and consistent communication across departments.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align priorities and resolve production challenges proactively.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate timelines, capacity, and pricing to support company objectives.
• Monitor KPIs including lead times, quality performance, and production efficiency, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Anticipate potential bottlenecks, supply risks, and quality issues; implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Support the execution of new product launches, ensuring readiness across production, materials, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with leadership to develop long-term production strategies and improve scalability across our supply chain.
• Maintain accurate production data and documentation in ERP and inventory systems.
  

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in furniture, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor or supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
• In-depth understanding of production workflows, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
• Relevant product and sourcing experience will be considered a strong asset.
• A passion for design, craftsmanship, and delivering high-quality products that reflect Rove's brand values.
