Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Sr. Buyer.

Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd is the headquarter of Diodes Division, one of the world's leading manufacturers of discrete semiconductors--Diodes, Rectifiers and TVS. We are one of the earliest foreign electronic companies established in Taiwan. We provide you with responsible and ethical leadership and encourage open communication with our employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors and industry groups. We are located in the heart of Xindian District, New Taipei City, where the public transportation and living functions are quite convenient, just 10 minutes walking distance from Qizhang MRT Station and Yulong City Mall.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and execute Subcon/Foundry strategy
• New subcon sourcing and development
• Subcon loading plan and capacity secure
• Price deal with Subcon/Foundry 
• Review cost structure, price formula and cost verification
• Semi-annual yield/EX rate/LME review and update PIR
• Annual price deal to reach cost reduction target

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Relevant experience as purchasing for 3 years or above in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Capable in computer skills and English communication
• Accountable and work independently and accurately. Can work with patience to complete a complex assignment.
