Mystery Shopper

We are currently looking for freelance mystery shoppers based in Taipei, Taiwan to conduct audits at Visa Application Centers.

As a mystery shopper, you will assess the end-to-end customer journey, including contact channels, website, security checks, reception, biometric procedures, and staff interaction—without revealing your identity.

This is a freelance contract opportunity, not a full-time or salaried position.

Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with flexibility during weekdays.

Assignments are conducted in-person at the visa center and require adherence to scheduled appointments.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned visa application centers discreetly as a regular applicant.

Evaluate service quality, staff professionalism, waiting times, and process efficiency.

Submit detailed, structured reports via our platform.

Follow provided audit guidelines strictly to ensure consistent data.

Requirements

Attention to Detail: Ability to notice both positive and negative aspects of the service.

Professionalism: Remain discreet and act naturally during the visit.

Writing Skills: Provide clear, well-structured feedback in English.

Punctuality: Attend appointments and submit reports within set deadlines.

Compensation & Coverage

Audit compensation is provided upon completion and approval of the report.

Appointment fees are covered for assigned audits.
