As an CH (Change Management) Engineer, you will be part of an ambitious team working on outstanding engineering projects. Responsibilities

  • Maintain MES system as a system administer to help fab engineers for trouble shooting and request execution.
  • Execute the system set up request via GCP (global change process)
  • Manage & lead internal or global projects and work with global team for system enhancement.
  • Driving PCM related Metrics & KPI.
  • Collaborate with cross function engineers to analyze and resolve technical issues with detailed solution.
  • Develop solutions using tools provided by Micron to improve labor efficiency and mitigate risk during conversion.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & Proficient in English & Mandarin.
  • Determined and proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges.
  • Independent thinking ability.
  • Programming skill / background (Python / VBA / R ) will be plus.
