You will be the hands-on technical expert, turning complex AI and security capabilities into tangible, high-performance solutions for our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Be the Customer's Technical Hero: Serve as the primary engineering interface, providing expert support for our Metro AI Suite, CPUs, and full-stack systems. You'll troubleshoot, debug, and guide customers to success, ensuring our technology delivers on its promise.

• Optimize the Intelligence of a City: Harness the power of OpenVINO and advanced techniques like NNCF, POT, and Pruning to squeeze maximum performance and efficiency from AI workloads, making urban intelligence faster and more accessible.

• Build Unbreakable Trust: Develop and demonstrate cutting-edge security solutions featuring secure I/O, containers, and storage. You'll package these as reference implementations that become the gold standard for secure critical infrastructure.

• Bring the Future to Life: Design and build captivating demos for global industry events and customer meetings. Your work will be the highlight moment that turns skepticism into belief.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on engineering or solutions role.

You should be proficient and knowledgeable in most of the following areas:
AI and Machine Learning:

• Deep understanding of AI training methods, Deep Learning/Machine Learning (DL/ML) principles, and Python for DL/ML applications.

• Hands-on experience with DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and the Intel OpenVINO Toolkit.

• Experience with OpenVINO optimization techniques (NNCF, POT, Pruning) and building video analytic pipelines.

Security and Platform Technologies:

• Knowledge of Intel security technologies for applications, I/O, boot, and storage.

• Practical experience with container/microservices architecture (e.g., Docker), virtual machine technologies, and open-source development (GitHub).

Programming and Multimedia:

• Basic programming experience in C++ and/or Python.

• Experience with multimedia frameworks such as FFmpeg, GStreamer, Intel Media SDK, or oneVPL.

System and Edge Technologies:

• Experience performing validation and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

• Understanding of 5G basics and edge computing platforms like Smart Edge Open is a plus.
