Job Description:
This position will be responsible for creating brand plan and promoting assigned product in Taiwan, the incumbent will be accountable for analyzing market, identify key growth drivers and develop strategies & tactics to capitalize opportunity on assigned brand / indication:
- Develop the marketing/ brand strategy plan based on a great understanding of defined market, competitors, disease/ treatment and patient needs.
- Collaborate with brand team, sales, medical, regulatory and market access team, for the implementation of strategy plan / tactics
- Optimize the resource allocation to ensure investment can be effective.
- Product Development: Oversee the development of new pharmaceutical products, from initial concept through to market launch.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for product launch and marketing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success.
- Compliance: Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly assess product performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks associated with product development and marketing.
- Training: Provide training and support to the sales team regarding product features and benefits.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Innovation: Ability to drive innovation and develop new product ideas.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing complex projects and timelines.
- Educational Background: Degree in science, business, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical product development processes and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and product performance metrics.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
