We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Data Insights Manager. This role will play a critical role in transforming complex sales data into actionable insights, optimizing sales performance, and driving business growth.

As a insights manager, you will leverage advanced analytics, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving skills to provide strategic recommendations to sales, marketing, and leadership teams. You must also possess strong compression resistance, thriving in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while making critical data-driven decisions.

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Sales Data Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop predictive models to enhance sales forecasting, demand planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify key growth opportunities through data segmentation and trend analysis.

2. Performance Optimization & Business Intelligence

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for real-time sales tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency and revenue growth strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies using data-driven insights.

3. Process Automation & Reporting

  • Implement data automation tools to streamline sales reporting and analytics processes.
  • Enhance CRM and data management systems to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Standardize KPIs and reporting structures across the organization.

【Qualifications】

1. Experience & Education

  • 8+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data insights roles.
  • Experience in the Taiwan e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

2. Key Skills

  • Analytical Skills – Strong expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent Communication – Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for different stakeholders.
  • Compression Resistance – Strong ability to work under high-pressure situations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive Problem Solving – Forward-thinking mindset to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive improvements.

3. Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
