Quality Assurance Senior Engineer/Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Support setting related QA regulations & rules for the alignment.
  • Support overseas quality system and documentation management.
  • Related QA monitoring items and works.
  • Communicate with each local team for the QA tasks.
  • Work with related departments to conduct and modify the customer complaint improvement reports.
  • Provide customer quality questionnaires and maintain the records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer
  • Professional knowledge of quality assurance, quality problem analysis and solving, quality system management
  • Proficient in English of communication skills, good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, customer complain management skills
