Site Contracts Negotiator

*Responsible for negotiation of simple site contracts documents.
*Responsible for supporting administrative tasks - to ensure effective and efficient site contracting processes.
*Assists site contracts department in completion of required tasks, as applicable, to meet departmental, study, and other project goals and timelines.

Responsibility

• Prepares, distributes, negotiates, and finalizes simple site contracts agreements and related documents.
• Maintains consistent communication with study sites and internal stakeholders in alignment with site contracts department and client requirements.
• Processes and maintains site contracts documents, reporting, and filing in alignment with ICON and client requirements.
• Tracks progress of site contracts agreements and related documents regularly in required ICON and client systems.
• Responsible for processing finalized documents for execution for site contracts department, including but not limited to, following departmental and/or client quality check requirements and processes.
• Completes all required project, client, department, and ICON trainings on time and adheres to the applicable SOPs, processes and procedures.
• Files contractual documents as per ICON and client requirements.
• Supports in administrative tasks to progress site contracts and related site contractual documents completion during start-up and maintenance phases.

Requirement

• Good communication skill
• Has some site contract negotiation experience
• Nice to have initial contract experience
