帶領編制1+4人(1名出納、1名主辦會計、2B/2C各一位會計)之財務會計團隊,負責新創公司資本市場運作、募資專案與日常會計工作。確保財務會計流程準確,為各業務單位提供專業的損益控管建議,參與決策。
工作內容- 規劃並執行新創公司募資策略,管理投資者關係,並為IPO提供相應準備。
- 為公司的重大決策提供財務建議,分析潛在的風險和機會,並提供相關的財務數據和預測。
- 為各業務單位提供專業的損益控管建議,協助優化財務表現。
- 建立各部門預算規劃、成效追蹤及成本控管機制,定期檢討預算執行情況。
- 直接參與並監督日常會計操作,包括帳務管理、稅務規劃、財務報表檢核等。
- 建立風險管理機制,確保公司的財務操作符合相關法規和政策。
- 8年以上財務分析經驗,其中包括至少3年的管理經驗。
- 具備新創公司募資經驗,熟悉資本市場運作。
- 熟悉財會、稅務規劃及相關法規,能獨立作業並帶領小型團隊。
- 積極主動,樂於面對新創環境的挑戰與不確定性。
- 重視團隊合作,具備良好的跨部門溝通能力。
- 英語或日文 書寫和口語溝通流利,能負責海外募資工作。
- 熟練使用財務相關軟體,包括Excel、ERP系統等。
