Job Description

  • Lead strategic planning and execution for commercial operations in Rheumatology.
  • Oversee financial processes including P&L management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that optimize resource allocation and drive market expansion.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams; provide coaching, set goals, and ensure succession planning and performance management.
  • Represent the company to key external stakeholders and ensure alignment of district activities with brand and national strategies.
  • Collaborate with other therapeutic areas (e.g., Dermatology, Gastroenterology) to develop integrated immunology strategies.
  • Drive marketing initiatives, enhance market access, and lead the sales team to achieve KPIs and business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role and experience in marketing functions.
  • Proven success in managing product P&L, developing strategic plans, and balancing short- and long-term business goals.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape; immunology experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships, lead and coach teams, and think strategically.
  • Proficiency in English (required for non-English-speaking countries).
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
