負責督導管路製作及焊接,確保有效品質控制及可靠度的提升藉以符合相關焊接之規範要求。

負責督導產品組裝之執行與管制,並指派及指導組裝技師執行產品製作,對組裝技師完成之產品實施檢驗,提昇組裝效率及品質,以達既定之製造目標。

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • 負責執行掌控焊接及盤面組裝的進度及品質,確保產品品質符合客戶需求相關規範。
  • 依材料特性或管徑尺寸的不同,負責監督調整焊接参數並以目視檢查焊道是否達到範,以確保產品的品質符合客戶之要求。
  • 組裝前負責核對製造圖/PID圖/BOM表的正確性,以確保後續產品零組件安裝為正確無誤。
  • 負責掌控焊接組裝及盤面組裝相關進度,最晚在出貨前五天將盤面送入測試組預備測試,以確保準時交貨給與客戶。
  • 負責出貨到測試組前的品質檢查,核對焊接及盤面組裝是否符合製造圖之要求,先行自主檢查以確保產品無慮後轉交給測試組進行測試。
  • 負責組員焊接技術/盤面組裝/零件識別的職能教育訓練,以確保組員技術能與產品變化達成一致性的技術提升,以確保焊接技術及盤面組裝方式符合規範及產品變化之技術需求,並協助測試組於QC異常或閥件更換的必要協助。
  • 協助主管執行SOP製作及修訂,按產品之變化適時的更新文件,更新後的文件經審核通過後,須對組員進行教育訓練使得每位組員都能清楚及獲得最新的產品安裝資訊,並加以認證以證明該員已具備該產品的焊接及盤面組裝技能,確保產品品質符合客戶需求。
  • 按規範進行焊接設備/冰水主機等相關校驗及保養業務,維持設備及量具的可靠度及準確性,以確保設備都可以正常使用。
  • 負責生產時所需之相關耗材請購及控管,按專案狀況進行適量的購買,有效的降低庫存成本。
  • 負責執行無塵室區域之5S 督導,確保區域內符合5S要求(整理/整頓/清掃/清潔/素養) ,符合客戶稽核及公司內部稽核之要求。
  • 當突發狀況或ERT演練時,按ERT編組為滅火班班長,公司ERT編組須立即召集滅火班組員待命及準備相關緊急救災設備,並協助完成組員清點確保所有人安全抵達指定之集合區域。
  • 負責通知測試組目前組裝之進度,以利測試組後續工作之進行。
  • 須具備"粉塵作業主管"證照。
  • 其他主管交辦事項。

  • 相關半導體設備組裝或維修經驗、焊接/組盤5年以上經驗。
