Job Description
The Department of Geosciences at the National Taiwan University (NTU) is seeking active and dedicated individuals to fill multiple faculty positions at any rank (assistant, associate, or full) with an expected start date of August 1st, 2026. The department welcomes candidates from all fields of geosciences. However, applicants with a strong background in the following areas will receive more favorable consideration: (1) Geodesy and ground deformation; (2) Hydrogeology; (3) Exploration of geological resources and carbon sequestration; (4) Geological modeling and related data science.

Start-up funding is available for new faculty members to facilitate their research endeavors from various resources. Outstanding candidates are encouraged to apply for special programs of the National Science and Technology Council and Ministry of Education with extra stipend and grants.
