SUMMARY
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for handling clinical-related issues internally and externally for Align Technology in Taiwan. Report and work closely with the Associate Manager of Clinical Liaison in below three broad categories (but not be limited to):
- Build customer clinical confidence and competency with educational activities/events.
- Clinical support for customers on ClinChecksoftware, Aligninnovationsand treatmentoutcome.
- Build partnership with industry leaders including KOLs, university & societies.
Key Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reviewandevaluatecases,provideclinicalguidanceatClinCheck review appointments.
- Help in investigating causes of failure during treatment process, work with dentists to troubleshoot for best treatment outcome.
- Handle clinicalrelated communications, act as a bridge between dentists and Treat Center.
- Work cross-functionally to plan and execute clinical education events live or virtually.
- Drive and accelerate clinical confidence through special education programs.
- Conduct field visits with customers and with sales team regularly.
- Provide internal training to Sales, CS & marketing departments on clinical knowledge and new products/innovations.
- Work with local speakers in the development of publications.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree of dentistry/dental technician/Oral Healthcare
Fluent in English
Good to have experience with Invisalign IDS and ClinCheck software
