Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage business and factory operations for Tainan operation site.
- Participate in site operations on daily basis.
- Manage customer expectation and relationship by facing customer in any complaint, issue, and urgent request.
- Participate in strategy and target setting process.
- Lead and manage operation improvement projects across all department processes.
- To develop team members skill to grow organizational capability
- Serve as a key resource for executive management in understanding and making decision on the business development options available for the Company.
- Development and implementation of operations KPI's.
- To build rapport by working with other countries/businesses within the region and the Group for companies in areas of knowledge transfer, sharing of best practices and measures for continuous improvement.
Educational/Certification Requirement
:
- Master's Degree or above in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing & Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience Requirement:
- At least 15 years working experience in relevant manufacturing industry, preferably in wafer/LCD fab or high technology manufacturing environment, minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
- High energy level and good communication skill.
- Understand how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
- Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, with organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Open to new ideas and be flexible in approach and thinking.
- Understand business principles and language, including the fundamentals of finance.
- Assess the financial implications of decisions and actions.
