Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantitative Trader, located in Xinyi District. The Quantitative Trader will design, implement, and refine trading strategies, leveraging advanced quantitative analytics. Responsibilities include executing trades, performing market analysis, and optimizing strategies to identify profitable opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance models and methodologies will also be a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant trading experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or other quantitative analysis tools
• Demonstrated passion for trading and financial markets
• Optimistic, resilient, and highly self-disciplined under pressure
• Strong ability for independent thinking and sound decision-making in response to market fluctuations
• Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
• Consistently maintains a humble and prudent attitude toward the market
