Treasury Lead

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the Group's global daily cash flow to ensure enough funding for operations in all regions.
- Maintain global bank accounts and work with regional teams and banking partners on account setup and documentation.
- Create and apply treasury policies and controls across the group to manage and reduce financial risk.
- Coordinate global cash flow forecasts and budgeting to support financial planning.
- Oversee and manage Group's external and internal loans and credit lines.
- Make sure global treasury activities follow internal rules, audit standards, and legal requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on cash, debt, and financial risk for management team.
- Mentor and manage team member(s).
- Other cash management related ad hoc projects/tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
- Prior experience in a multinational environment or involvement in cross-border treasury operations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams and external banking partners.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
