Job Summary:

Supermicro Headquarter in San Jose California is currently seeking a Test Engineer to join our fasting growing company. This individual will be required to work cross-department and assist research and development teams and product managers as needed in product development tasks. In this role, you will review product requirements, develop new or modified process formulations, defines peocessing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, test and debug products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • 撰寫並執行 BBU 功能性、效能、安全性、相容性等測試案例與測試計畫
  • 驗證充放電保護機制、通訊介面(如 I2C、CAN、PMBus)、韌體行為與異常處理機制
  • 進行溫度、壽命循環(cycle life)、高壓/低壓等邊界條件測試
  • 分析測試數據、記錄問題並協助根因分析
  • 撰寫測試報告與相關文件,並對測試結果提出改善建議
Qualifications:
  • 電機、電子、控制、自動化或相關工程科系學士以上學歷
  • 具有相關測試經驗
  • 熟悉鋰電池系統基本原理(如SOC/SOH估算、BMS運作邏輯)
  • 具備BBU (battery backup unit) 或電源產品/電池模組的測試經驗
  • 能閱讀並理解電路圖、規格書與測試標準
  • 良好的問題分析與解決能力,具備團隊合作與溝通能力
