Every day the industry and deugro face the challenges of the logistics industry and our employees use their expertise to ensure large cargo is transported safely, effectively, and efficiently, through innovative and creative logistical solutions.Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Field Coordinator in Taichung, Taiwan.Key Responsibilities:Taichung Port / laydown area / site operations supervisionSite delivery schedule coordination with subcontractor and site teamsAttending site and operation meetingsCargo condition survey and interface documentationTechnical support and ensuring that operations are executed in line with specific SOPLong term assignment > 3 months at site location in TaiwanSkills, knowledge, and expertise:Minimum 3+ years of Freight Forwarding and / or site logistics / domestic Forwarding, and port / site experienceAbility to travel >50% as well as willingness for longer site assignmentsExcellent communication skills – verbal & written mandarin, English would be goodProven track record of excellent performance in all working environments (office and field)Significant previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyFocus – pay attention to the customer's needs and commit to exceeding themCreative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challengeTeam player, willing to assist when needed to accomplish goalsWhat makes us the ideal choice?A family-owned company established in 1924, has evolved into a leading global specialist in project freight forwarding.
