Job Description

The Successful Applicant

  • Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring
  • Track semiconductor roadmaps and process technology trends.
  • Collaborate with silicon vendors to evaluate and influence CPU, XPU, and AI ASIC architectures.
  • Technical Evaluation & Product Planning
  • Analyze and compare processor technologies across vendors (performance, power, cost).
  • Lead feasibility studies and internal planning for silicon integration.
  • Align product development with future silicon capabilities.
  • External Engagement & Strategy Translation
  • Represent the company in technical working groups and industry forums.
  • Translate market and technology insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers in processor and ASIC domains.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • 8+ years in CPU, XPU, or ASIC architecture, design, or system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor process technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience in technical marketing or product planning at IC design houses is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to evaluate chip architectures and market positioning.

Skills

  • Familiarity with datacenter workloads and hyperscaler infrastructure needs.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate trends into product direction.
