你將負責的工作

• 與產品經理、資料科學家、工程師合作,明確 ML 目標與業務場景
• 建構、訓練與部署推薦、分類、排序、偵測等模型
• 管理 ML 全生命周期:資料處理、特徵工程、訓練、部署、監控
• 維護可擴展的 ML 管線與基礎架構
• 整合模型至產品後端與使用者端應用中
• 持續優化模型表現,並依據反饋與資料更新進行重訓練
• 追蹤 AI/ML 技術趨勢,推動創新實作
• 協助調試、測試與生產系統優化

任職條件

• 資訊科學、資料科學、工程或相關技術領域學士/碩士學歷
• 2-4 年機器學習、AI 或後端軟體開發經驗
• 熟練 Python,並掌握 TensorFlow、PyTorch 或 Scikit-learn 等 ML 框架
• 熟悉完整 ML 開發流程:資料前處理、模型建立、效能評估與部署
• 有 API/雲端架構下的模型部署實務經驗
• 熟悉 Jupyter Notebook、Git 等工具及協作流程
• 優秀的問題解決、溝通與團隊合作能力
• 常駐臺灣,並可與區域團隊進行遠距協作

加分條件

• 有自然語言處理、推薦系統或電腦視覺相關經驗
• 熟悉雲端平台(AWS、GCP、Azure 等)
• 有使用 Docker、CI/CD 或 MLOps 管理經驗

At BJAK, we're building the next generation of intelligent financial services across Southeast Asia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll develop and deploy models that power core features – from personalization and risk scoring to automation and fraud detection. Your work will have direct and visible impact on millions of users.

This is a hybrid role based in Taiwan, working closely with our HQ in Malaysia and cross-functional teams across product, data, and engineering. You'll be part of a fast-moving, execution-driven team where your ideas translate into real-world solutions.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineers to define ML goals and use cases
• Build, train, and deploy models for recommendation, classification, ranking, and detection
• Manage the ML lifecycle: data wrangling, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment
• Develop scalable ML pipelines and backend services
• Integrate models into production systems and user-facing applications
• Analyze model performance and iterate based on feedback
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and drive innovation
• Contribute to debugging, testing, and performance optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, or related technical field
• 2–4 years of ML, AI, or backend development experience
• Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Strong ML development skills: preprocessing, modeling, evaluation, deployment
• Experience deploying models via APIs or cloud infra
• Familiarity with Jupyter, Git, and collaborative coding tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Must be based in Taiwan and open to hybrid regional collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP, recommendation, or computer vision
• Familiar with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or MLOps
• Startup or agile product team experience
