As a Product Test Manager, you will be responsible for supervising product test sustaining and new product development support activities. You will participate in quality improvement and cost reduction projects, and provide technical support to sales/marketing teams within corporate policies.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product or testing engineering, with 5 years in a managerial position. Hands-on experience in Power Discrete and/or Power Management IC is highly preferred. The candidate must also be proficient in English and able to make overseas trips by request.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

• Supervise and execute engineering build & characterization for new product development.
• Support division R&D and sales/marketing for new product release and introduction to satisfy customer requirement and gain new business.
• Support plant manufacturing to monitor test yield and provide necessary analysis to improve yield & product quality to satisfy customer requirement.
• Supervise and follow up testing floor sustaining.
• Provide technical & product knowledge to sales/marketing, QRA, plant manufacturing for new released product.
• Organize, execute, & supervise developmental activities and report or communicate with related parties.
• Support customer complain verification/analysis and action prevention.
