Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Radio Engineer to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan. As a key member of the Radio Engineering Group within the Wireless Engineering Organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining radio communication solutions related to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and WWAN.

Your expertise in wireless engineering and radio communication systems design will enable you to create industry-leading wireless module solutions for the Dell Technologies PC client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry chipsets and technologies, as well as strong collaborative problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain radio communication solutions for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and WWAN technologies
  • Collaborate with radio partners to design and develop radio communication solutions
  • Evaluate and test radio solutions to ensure fulfillment of Dell feature requirements and specifications
  • Support platform integration, security, and customer/field issue resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in wireless engineering and radio communication systems design with detailed knowledge of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and/or 3GPP (5G/LTE) networking technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities across a broad set of integration and sustaining issues
Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
