Technical Lead for Advanced Audio Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development of advanced audio systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex audio solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio technology, with experience in developing Windows Audio Drivers and Software. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive innovation and deliver high-quality results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full software development life cycle of Audio, Voice and Speech solutions, including development, testing, continuous delivery, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated audio systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Windows Audio Driver/Software development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply technical expertise to complex problems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ACPI, SoundWire, USB, and other relevant technologies.
  • Agility to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly, with the ability to bring others along.
